Native title, fresh water and sea water

This project examined native title debates regarding issues related to rights and interests, privatisation and management of water.

Various resources have been published through this research project, including publications arising from a research agreement between Dr. Jessica Weir and the Murray Lower Darling Rivers Indigenous Nations.
