There has been much debate about the Constitution and its infringement of aspirations for a Treaty and other rights. This panel explores the aim of substantial constitutional reform, updates community representatives on the constitutional conventions and gives answers to the dilemma of constitutional representation alongside aspirations for a Treaty.
