AIATSIS Corporate or Governance enquiry

The Executive Support Unit can assist with queries about AIATSIS governance, including the AIATSIS Council and Senior Executive, as well as with corporate matters such as agency reporting and budget.

Indigenous Family History Unit

The Family History Unit helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are looking for information about their families by providing family history research assistance, access to information, skills and knowledge.

Donating to the Collection

The donations email should be used to submit offers to donate material. For questions around making offers contact the Collections Development Manager directly on 6246 1185.

Languages enquiry

The Indigenous Culture and Heritage unit can provide advice on queries related to Indigenous Australian languages.

Media or events enquiry

The Communication and Public Engagement team can assist with enquiries from the media relating to AIATSIS’ business or people, as well as provide information on upcoming events.

Native Title Research Unit

The Native Title Research Unit supports the native title and traditional ownership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by conducting research and developing policy advice.

Native Title Access Service

The Native Title Access Service team helps with locating and accessing information held in the AIATSIS Collection for use in native title claims.
