Mail inspections and clearances by customs may increase delivery time. This is beyond the control of AIATSIS. Any fees, tariffs, or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Bulk purchases
Organisations may be entitled to a discount if they purchase bulk copies of our publications for use in cultural-awareness training or other activities. For more information contact us.

Inspect a copy
Tertiary educators may request to review a copy of our books. You have 28 days to set the title for a course or recommended reading at which point the copy is yours free. Alternatively, you can purchase the copy at 25 per cent discount off the RRP, or return it to us undamaged.
